Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping with “The Spiritual Streetwear Brand”.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your “SOUL CLOTHES”, we're here to help.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item based upon shipper’s delivery date.
Contact customer service to receive updated shipping address for returns. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
*unused and in the same condition that you received it. (All items will be inspected for signs of wear strong odors, heavy creases/wrinkles, stains etc.)
*in its original packaging w/tags.
Customer is responsible for returned shipping costs.
Any promotional/incentive items must also be returned should customer seek a refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Customer will be responsible for paying return item’s shipping costs. Shipping costs are non­refundable. Unless, it is verified that the customer received incorrect item from manufacturer, in this event the company will refund shipping costs by crediting customer’s bank card used in original transaction.
If a receive a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund to reimburse the shipping expenses paid by customer.
